Major developments:

USD is now at 83.49. USDINR opened at 83.53. Fwd premia – 1 year fwd premia is at 1.63% p.a.

-Bond inflows are expected tomorrow. Inclusion of Indian bonds by JP Morgan and FTSE could induce US 20 bn inflows over 1 year.

-FII Equity inflows are also on the increase.

-US PCE data is the crucial event for the week.
